See how Satrofit open source I/O cards have been used to easily upgrade obsolete Building Management Systems in existing racks. Retrofitting these systems are quick and seamless meaning minimal downtime or your building's day-to-day activities.

Satrofit I/O Cards

Satrofit AUNC 16UI & 16UO IO cards plug directly into the BAS and Sigma UNC 696 or 796 racks and read all the pre-existing Satchwell sensors. The output cards can drive the Satchwell 8 latching relay cards.

Features:

  • The input cards have selectable digital, current and voltage inputs with status LEDs
  • Thermistors can be measured in two ranges – giving a high level of accuracy from 300 Ohms to 100K Ohms.
  • The input cards have 10 bit A/D converters and are individually calibrated to 0.25% accuracy
  • The flexible analogue outputs have up to 30mA of current and 4 off 0-20mA current regulated outputs
  • The cards can be directly connected to with the laptop based Satrofit tool allowing the sensors and actuators to be set-up and serviced by technicians who don’t have access to the master controller, for example, during pre-commissioning


SRC-AUNC-16 UI

Provides 16 inputs, configurable for voltage (0 – 10V), current (0 – 20mA), or resistance (PTC and NTC thermistors) measurements in two ranges for maximum accuracy

SRC-AUNC-16 DI/TI

The DI/TI card is a simplified and lower cost version of the UI card. It can still read thermistors and digital inputs but doesn’t require the setting of jumpers.

SRC-AUNC-16 UO

Provides 16 outputs, configurable as voltage outputs in the range of 0 – 10V or “latching relay” digital outputs. Four of the outputs can be configured for current control, ranging from 0 – 20mA.


Satrofit Tool

Enables existing analogue and digital outputs to be controlled by a modern, web-based master controller over a Modbus RS 485 network.
